Despite what I can imagine was a packed schedule John was able to send David to replace the receptacle on the same day. Just used them recently,  my house lights were flicking for a week , the "service person" pulled and was walking up my driveway with cigarette in his mouth,  this guy had no idea what he was doing then went on my roof put a "new" block on with out telling me and then rolled some white tape around some wires , then proceed  to have a cigarette in my driveway Then told me he put a band aid on it and charge me 380 $ for 1 hr of work Next day I got a real electrictrion in and told me to call pseg. And guess what they came and did it for free (problem solved ) And guess whatI'm gonna replace my fuse box and meter and it's not gonna be done by this company
